In contrast to the traditional sell side, we publish the results of our company meetings and have chosen to seek a far greater concentration of company visits than our peer group. In all we aim to offer our clients a homogenous view of the Pan European telecoms sector – including regulators, competitors, equipment vendors and content.
We analyse, and value the entire capital structure of the companies which we follow, and high yield research is fully integrated into our research product.
Our research is truly independent. We do not underwrite securities, we are not proprietary traders, we do not manage assets and we are never paid for corporate finance advice or other work for companies that we cover.
We only make money through the value of our analysis.
We believe that independence drives thoughtful product; we waste no time communicating with internal or trading teams, prefering to use 100% of our time to produce high quality thoughtful research.
We service only paying clients, enabling us to focus our interaction with our clients on an exclusive basis.
We provide bespoke consultancy services to clients, and can quote on large or small industry projects.
We occasionally provide consultancy services to private companies in our sector where there is no conflict with our published research.
We have for example undertaken technical and commercial due diligence work for investors considering network operator and service provider investments. We have also worked on market assessments, investment appraisals and strategy development for private companies.
Our consultancy services are coordinated by Andrew Entwistle who has many years experience in the field.
