He was the No.1 individual ranked telecoms high yield analyst in the 2002 and 2001 Euromoney surveys, as well as the No. 1 ranked high yield telecom analyst in 2002 Institutional Investor survey. Frank also headed the No. 1 ranked European high yield research team at Merrill Lynch in the 2002, 2001 and 2000 Euromoney surveys.
