
Matt Perault
Matt Perault is a Policy Advisor to New Street Research, as well as the director of the Center on Technology Policy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before that, Matt worked for more than eight years at Facebook, where he served as the head of the global policy development team, leading the company’s policy work on issues ranging from antitrust to law enforcement and human rights. Matt holds a law degree from Harvard Law School, a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, and a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University.
