What?

We will be hosting virtual meetings for NSR clients with Grupo Televisa, Megacable and Totalplay early next month. The call with Grupo Televisa's CFO is confirmed and will take place on the 3rd of June.  Format will be a small group, with a focus on Q&A.

Why?

These calls will allow investors to reassess the competitive dynamics within the highly competitive Fixed Mexican Broadband market, take pulse on the outlook for growth and discuss the prospects for M&A. Are these companies cheap or a value trap? This is also a great opportunity to get an update on the reform to the Telecommunications Law in Mexico and potential impact to the industry. Other themes we think will be discussed are Televisa Univision IPO prospects; capex, FCF and shareholder remuneration outlook for Megacable; and FCF generation/refinancing outlook for Totalplay.
