Client Call with Liberty Latin America CFO Chris Noyes

We will be hosting a virtual meeting for NSR clients with Liberty Latin America CFO, Chris Noyes and Head of IR, Soomit Datta on Friday 23rd May. Format will be a small group, with the focus on Q&A.

Q1 was another poor quarter in Puerto Rico with the hoped for improvement in subscriber momentum and EBITDA recovery not materialising. The company also withdrew cash flow guidance at group level, but this was clearly driven by the Puerto Rico weakness with the rest of the group (and especially CWC Caribbean) performing well. This call will therefore be a key opportunity to understand what needs to be done in Puerto Rico to be back on track and the speed with which the company can be expected to drive overall cash flow improvements. We will also discuss refinancing plans. Given the debt load the call is of interest potentially to both equity and debt investors.
