Japanese Telcos Virtual Investor Tour: Client call with KDDI's Head of Investor Relations

We will be hosting virtual meetings for NSR clients with the KDDI's Head of Investor Relations, Toshiyuki Miyakawa on 11th September, Thursday. Format will be conducted in a small group setting with a focus on Q&A.

Why? We came away from our meetings in May (LINK), still bullish and convinced of the increasingly favourable mobile dynamic as Docomo and KDDI have lifted prices. There is a chance for a more benign outcome if SB chooses to prioritise revenue over share gains. Beyond Mobile & Fixed, we also aim to unpack the trends in Enterprise and Financial Services – after all, the Japanese incumbents are one of the most diversified telcos around. As we head into the first half, we believe the calls could provide us a glimpse on potential guidance revisions guidance, now that Q1 results are released.
