Following Friday’s news on the restructuring (HERE), there was an article over the weekend about a possible sale in Israel of the fixed business. This follows several reports of offers for the mobile business (and the acceptance of one of those offers). We look at these offers in this report and the implications for the Restricted Group.

The bonds have sold off heavily this morning, and we think that is fair given the potential risks involved. At this stage, we don’t see enough upside on a probability weighted basis to be a Buyer.
