CLIENT CALL INVITE Liberty LA - Puerto Rico Broadband threat deep dive

New Street Research Communications analysts Chris Hoare and Jose Anguis will be hosting a call to discuss their recent deep dive on the Puerto Rican Broadband market, and also broader themes affecting both the equity and the debt.

WHY: Given how poor disclosure is this work (as well as our proprietary survey on the Mobile side), drives a much better understanding of the market structure, competition, and more specifically the threat for Liberty LA. This work is based on New Street’s proprietary broadband analyser “Broadband Insights” which covers the entire US, including Puerto Rico.
We will discuss our Key conclusions in more details, and especially our conclusions on Liberty LA. We continue to think that there is a reasonable landing zone for a deal between Liberty and Puerto Rico bond holders that is likely to involve a haircut but implies upside relative to current bond prices. For the equity we remain bullish.
