Why? We continue to see KT as the best value-up play among the Korean telcos. Management change in the last 6 months means this is a good time for an update on the strategy/progress on asset rationalisation/cost cutting, and the sale of listed assets and idle real estate. The company can also update on operational trends, and growth through partnerships with Microsoft and Palantir, as well as investments in developing data centre capacity. KT continues to look extremely cheap in our view, and we retain our Buy recommendation and KRW 120,000 price target.
