Generative A.I. Big Idea Conference

Date and Time
September 14th, 2023

3rd Annual Big Idea conference, organized jointly by New Street Research and Boston Consulting Group.

The full-day virtual event will feature a unique group of speakers from across the technology value chain who will share their perspective on the future of the semiconductor industry.

We will cover two major topics during the conference:

Real world A.I. use cases. BCG’s Managing Director, Suchi Srinivasan, who currently co-leads the global Enterprise Generative A.I. solutions franchise, and Arun Subramaniyan, VP of Cloud & AI at Intel, will help us understand what key A.I. use cases enterprises are currently deploying. InstaDeep’s CEO Karim Beguir will further delve into use cases across logistics and chip design, before zooming in on how A.I. is used in drug discovery (the company was recently acquired by BioNTech), along with Insilico Medicine’s CEO Alex Zhavoronkov, Sanofi's head of Data R&D Ziv Bar-Joseph and Just-Evotec Biologics' EVP of Partnering & Transformation, Philip Boehme.

Next-generation datacenter infrastructure. Intel's VP of Cloud & AI Arun Subramaniyan will provide his perspective on the challenges that Gen A.I. puts on the infrastructure, and, along with Marvell’s ASIC Business Unit GM Kevin O’Buckley, how customized silicon can help address that. Arista’s CEO Jayshree Ullal will zoom in on why A.I. is putting significant pressure on datacenter networks. Ted Letavic, who leads GlobalFoundries’ silicon photonics technology solutions, will then help us understand how photons are progressively replacing electrons in interconnects, and Drut Technologies’ CEO William Koss will illustrate what a next-generation all-optical datacenter fabric could look like.
