AMZN: What can change the narrative? Reviewing the GPU price hikes & AWS AI margins

We will be reviewing the team's work on AWS AI margins and the growing impact of prices increases for GPU workloads.  The research:

In Part I, we reviewed the analysis highlights and raised AWS margins and the target price to $385 for our Top Pick AMZN.

In Part II, we walked through the GPU by generation methodology in detail.

In Part III, we focused on the key analysis inputs and outputs that drive our cash return and EBIT margin estimates for each generation of Trainium and Inferentia.
