CLIENT CALL WITH IHS TOWERS CFO STEVE HOWDEN

We will be hosting a virtual meeting for NSR clients with IHS Towers CFO, Steve HOWDEN and VP of Communications, Colby SYNESAEL on Tuesday 26th March. Format will be a small group, with the focus on Q&A.

IHS shares have been under pressure YTD, with the significant devaluation of the Naira adding to IHS’ corporate governance issues with MTN. We think at current levels the stock is materially undervalued. The company is focused on improving cash flow generation and has started to work with advisors to evaluate strategic alternatives for value unlocking and capital allocation priorities. This call is a good opportunity for investors to virtually meet with management and discuss the latest developments in the largest African Tower and Telco markets as well as the company’s strategy and outlook for the shares.
