Fireside chat with Swisscom CEO, Christoph Aeschlimann

Following on from the recent Salt CFO call (replay HERE), we are delighted to now be hosting Swisscom and Sunrise CEO/CFO.

Given the flight to safety going on globally, Switzerland is often talked about as a safe haven. This is true in general, but actually, even though Switzerland is a three player Telecoms market, it is quite competitive. These calls will be a good opportunity to discover if Swisscom and Sunrise are indeed defensive Telco exemplars, or if the Salt in-roads are too big to ignore. In addition, it will be a good opportunity to talk about Italy and the synergy potential/delivery with Swisscom; and with Sunrise, although the decision to roll out fibre probably doesn’t need to be made for several years, they are right at the forefront of the HFC vs FTTH debate.
