# INVITE # Client Call with Helios Towers CFO Manjit Dhillon

We will be hosting a virtual investor meeting for NSR clients with Helios Towers CFO, Manjit Dhillon and Head of Strategic Finance and IR, Chris Baker-Sams on Tuesday, 13th October. Format will be a small group, with the focus on Q&A.

WHY: Helios is a well managed company, having grown well despite African macro headwinds. With the telco capex trajectory in Africa much more positive than elsewhere the revenue outlook for Helios is good we think. Although FCF in 2026 is expected to be limited due to Helios’ own extra capex this year (driven by the incremental tenancies), the outlook is positive over the medium/longer term. Helios has started to remunerate shareholder with a dividend and a share buyback. For high yield investors, the company remains focused on improving its ND/EBITDA, suggesting upside to credit quality over time.

This call will be a great opportunity to dive into the latest developments in the markets where Helios operates, scope for improved cash generation and returns to shareholders. We will also discuss macro, competition as well as strategy in the longer term.
