Introducing SPECTRUMHUB 2.0 Our unique data product on global spectrum
In February, we launched SpectrumHub, the beta version of our global spectrum database and earlier today, we upgraded this with the launch of SpectrumHub 2.0, which includes a suite of major new features:
- 12 more global markets introduced with detailed historic pricing analysis (4 in Europe, 3 in Latam, 3 in Asia and 2 in Africa)
- Detailed current spectrum valuations for the US carriers – comparing historic prices paid and current market value based on secondary market transactions
- Detailed analysis looking at spectrum renewal timetables and potential future costs in major ex-US markets
- Easier to view breakdown of historic spectrum auction details
- Summary of national averages for markets where spectrum is awarded regionally
- Ability to download data directly (coming once the product goes behind a separate paywall at end June)
We have published a presentation deck today to provide more details of the new functionality. That is available: HERE.
For those clients who don't already have direct access to SpectrumHub, please contact my colleague, Jose Anguis.
We will be hosting a call to run through the product and dataset in more detail.
